| The Code of Civil Procedure shall be the prime and only source of interpretation for private law and civil responsibility in Americas-Union. |

| As the Code is required to be the one and only consolidation of all civil law, no other document other than the Civil Code shall be permitted to be used as the primary reference. | ||
