2. Living Men and Women

2.1 Living Men and Women in general
Article 58-Standards of Men and Women
58.1 Standards of Men and Women
The standards of a Men and Women are those standards by which an enlightened, just and modern society sets rules for the conduct, rights and support of all Men and Women.
58.2 Standards of Men and Women as guiding benchmarks
The standards of a Men and Women are guiding benchmarks by which all the laws of Americas-Union must meet and support. It is from these benchmarks that all other laws relating to Men and Women must meet and be sourced.
A law that contradicts these standards is itself out of order and therefore liable to be read down by a court of law or repealed by a fair parliament.
58.3 Structure of standards of Living Men and Women
The standards of Living Men and Women are structured into four major sections:
  Standards of a human child
  Standards of a human adult
  Standards of a human elder
Standards of a disabled Men and Women
The reason why the standards are divided into these four major sections is in recognition that while society has essential standards applying to all human baings it has further refined and unique standards applying to Men and Women at different ages and with different qualities.
Therefore, the division of the standards into these four major sections enables these distinct aspects demanded by a fair and enlightened society to be incorporated.
