The Code as a consolidated accummulation of laws |

The criminality of a deed, its punishment and other legal consequences shall be determined by the present Code alone.
|
|
| |
As the Code is required to be the one and only consolidation of all criminal law, no other document other than the Criminal Code shall be permitted to be used as the primary reference upon which the criminality of a deed is assessed. |
