| |
The Police Code of Americas-Union shall be responsible for administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials, whereas the Military Code shall be responsible for the conditions and rules of military law and operations of the military courts. |

| 6.2 |
Non-jursdiction of police on military property |
|
| |
Police shall not have the jurisdiction of power, except granted under Supreme Court of Americas-Union warrant to enter military property. This shall be a right reserved for military police under the rules of the Military Code. |

Furthermore, when executing any warrant for the arrest of a person to whom the Military Code applies, the armed forces are granted the right to assume responsibility for the apprehension and custody of such persons defined by the arrest warrant. |
