8. General principles of Prisoner Classification |

| 40.1 | Classification of T1 Prisoners | |
| T1 prisoners shall be classified in terms of eligibility for certain correctional facilities within thirty (30) days of being processed after sentencing according to the articles of this Code. | ||
| T1 Prisoners not guilty of a violent, sexual related or gang related crime shall be eligible for re-classification only once upon twelve (12) months of their sentence. | ||
